The Scottish Plumber

I’ve been a homeowner for ten years, and have never had anywhere close to as amazing an experience as I had with the Scottish Plumber. Jack and his guys went above and beyond my needs, and did an incredibly thorough job replacing my main sewer line. The whole process was very fast, and I had my line replaced and brand new about a week after I first contacted them. They ran into an issue during the job, which always seems to crop up during every job I’ve had done, but they didn’t even contact me about it; my wife told me about it after I got home. They worked through the issue, and stuck to the original agreed-upon price. No complaining, no haggling on the price, they just got it done! That says a lot to me about the quality of their character and company. I’ve struggled to find a good plumber for a long time, and it’s such a relief knowing I have an honest, dependable plumber on call for any future issues. I really cannot stress enough what a great guy Jack is, and the folks who work for him are very kind and professional. Extremely hard-working too. If you’re looking for a plumber for a job you need to have done, you will not regret it if you trust Jack and his folks to get it done.

I have to say I am extremely impressed with Scottish Plumber. While they were doing the work there was an issue that came up with one of their tools being broken inside one of our pipes that significantly complicated the job. Stuff happens I get it but was very curious to see how they handled the situation as some contractors would not take responsibility for things like that. I spoke with Jack and their office team and to their credit they handled the situation like true professionals covering the additional work to get the job done and getting our home put back together in a timely fashion. Each of the members of their crew that worked on our home were professional and respectful. I have to say truly impressed with this organization and despite the initial challenge will both use them again and recommend them to other folks. Thank you for operating with integrity!

From a previous estimate (Scottish Plumber offers them free) we contracted for a basement sink replacement (I purchased the sink) and removal of an old expeller sump pump set up. Plumber arrived timely and did an incredibly nice job installing the sink and reworking the plumbing - I couldn't be more pleased.

This is the second time I have had them work on my house and it's 5 stars all the way nice friendly knowledgeable technicians well stock trucks in and out nice and clean no problems no complaints. I also thought the price was fair. They might be a little bit more on some things than like a big box store contractor but I like supporting local business and I really feel that they take care of their customers Over the long haul very pleased. Highly recommended had a water tank put in in some other plumbing pipes done good job.

Jack give a reasonable quote , the crew communicate with what they did clearly with me, the job is done pretty good. There is minor inconsistence between the quote and the actual job, which the team agree to perform this extra job to correct. Overall, I really appreciate what they did this expensive job (more than 10K) for our house. Would recommend them.

Chuck and his assistant came out to give a free estimate for how to solve issues I have with sewer backups. They used a camera on the entire line and walked me through areas of concern. He offered honest solutions/advice and will be writing up an estimate for options. I felt they were extremely honest and thorough. I never felt pressured to make a decision for any costly service and truly felt they wanted to help me find a solution that wouldn't break the bank.

We had a back up sewer and broken pipe. Jack came did a camera thru. He let us know what he need to do. Jack is a very nice and honest man. The guys them was working in freezing degree weather to get the job done. His foreman Fred and his son is very nice. Fred always explain every day what they are gonna be doing . There was several guys working to get the job done. Very nice and professional company to work with. The office girls are very nice, Margie, Jessica and a few I couldn’t remember the names they are all very nice. I highly recommend this company very hardworking and professional people.Excellent customer service.Thank you jack , Fred and Scottish plumbers crew.

The Scottish Plumber and all their staff are absolutely superb, we had a job where everyone else failed and they took the job on and very professionally finished it without a problem and saved me thousands of dollars.
